The Custody Blueprint®

From Reactive to Strategic:
A Live Custody Strategy Bootcamp

A STRONGER CUSTODY STRATEGY STARTS WITH SEEING YOUR CASE DIFFERENTLY

You’re documenting
Organizing
Preparing
Sending information to your lawyer

Trying to stay one step ahead of whatever happens next.

But when every new email, allegation, incident, or court development becomes the next thing you have to deal with, it’s easy to spend your entire case reacting instead of strategizing.

Over five days, I’ll help you step back from the day-to-day scramble and start seeing how the pieces of your custody case fit together.

By the end, you’ll build your first Custody Strategy Map—giving you a clearer view of what you’re trying to accomplish, what supports it, what could threaten it, what you need to anticipate, and where your strategic attention belongs next

YOU’RE WORKING INCREDIBLY HARD ON YOUR CUSTODY CASE

But are you working on the things that could actually move it forward?

Maybe that’s the part you can’t stop thinking about

You’ve put an enormous amount of time, energy, and money into this case

And yet you’re still asking:

Why aren’t we getting anywhere?
Why am I still fighting the same battles?
Why does it feel like every time I handle one problem, another one takes its place?
And why am I still no closer to the custody arrangement my children need?

That’s where the problem becomes bigger than knowing what to do about the latest email, allegation, hearing, or conflict

Because you can make a hundred individual decisions without having a clear strategy connecting those decisions to the outcome you’re trying to achieve.

THAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TACTICS AND STRATEGY

Tactics ask:

“What should I do about this?”

Strategy asks:

“How does what I do here move me toward the larger goal?”

And when you start asking that second question, you begin looking at your case differently

Not as a never-ending series of fires you have to put out

But as a case with a goal, a narrative, evidence, vulnerabilities, key players, predictable moves—and choices you can make with the larger picture in mind

That’s what we’re going to start building inside BOOTCAMP

I’M READY TO STOP REACTING

This Bootcamp Is for You If...

You’re a protective mother navigating a custody case with a high-conflict co-parent and:

You have a lawyer, but you still find yourself wondering, “What’s the strategy here?”
You leave meetings with things to do, but you’re not always clear on how those pieces connect to the custody outcome you’re fighting for.
You worry your lawyer doesn’t fully understand what you see happening.
You know the history, the patterns, and your children’s needs—but you’re not always sure what information your lawyer actually needs from you or how to help them see the bigger picture without sending another massive email or folder of screenshots.
You have plenty of evidence, but you don’t know what your best evidence is.
You’ve collected the texts, emails, records, calendars, and documentation—but which pieces actually matter? What do they establish? And what could help the court professionals involved understand your concerns?
Your case is constantly moving, but you don’t feel like you’re getting any closer to the custody arrangement your children need.
You’re investing enormous amounts of time, energy, and money—and you keep wondering why all that effort doesn’t seem to be moving the needle.
You keep getting caught off guard by what happens next.
Another allegation. Another request. Another filing. Another version of events you weren’t prepared for—and afterward you find yourself thinking, How did I not see that coming?
You know your case inside and out as a mother, but you don’t know how it looks through the eyes of the people making decisions about your family.
The judge. The evaluator. The GAL. Opposing counsel. What are they seeing? What aren’t they seeing? And how could they interpret the same information differently than you do?

YOU’RE NOT LOOKING FOR MORE THINGS TO DO

You’re already doing plenty

You want to know whether you’re doing the right things

You want to discover what matters, what your strongest evidence is actually showing, what you may not be seeing, and where your attention belongs next

Here’s What We’ll Do Together

Training 1:
STOP SCRAMBLING

Build the Strategic Foundation of Your Custody Case

Learn the difference between reacting tactically and thinking strategically. You’ll clarify what you’re trying to accomplish and identify where your strategy is breaking down.

Training 2:
FIND THE GOLD

Turn Your Documentation Into Evidence That Supports a Clear Case Narrative

Stop measuring your case by how much evidence you have. Start identifying what your evidence actually establishes, where the patterns are, and which information matters most.

Training 3:
THINK THREE MOVES AHEAD

Reframe, Predict  and Build Your Strategic Response

Step outside your own view of the case and begin considering how the judge, evaluator, GAL, opposing counsel, and your co-parent may interpret what’s happening.

Then start anticipating what could come next.

MEET RENÉE RODRIGUEZ

Custody Strategist | Certified Domestic Violence Advocate | Divorce Mediator | Parenting Coordinator

I didn’t learn custody strategy from a textbook.

I learned it first by having to build one for myself.

During my own custody battle, I was facing a forensic custody evaluation and needed a way to take years of history, documentation, and evidence and turn it into something the professionals involved could actually understand and evaluate.

Fortunately, strategy was already part of my professional DNA.

Before The Custody Blueprint®, I spent years working in high-level administration and strategy, including C-suite environments and consulting work. I had built a career around taking enormous amounts of information, identifying what mattered, seeing the bigger picture, and figuring out how the pieces needed to work together.

So when I entered my own custody case, I applied those same skills to the problem in front of me.

I developed a system for organizing and strategically presenting the information in my case. What began as a methodology I created for my own custody evaluation eventually became something other parents began asking for—and ultimately became The Custody Blueprint®.

Today, I help protective parents navigating custody cases with high-conflict co-parents learn to think beyond the incident in front of them and see the larger strategy of their case.

Because after years of doing this work, one thing has become very clear:

Having more evidence doesn’t automatically mean having a stronger strategy.

You have to understand what your evidence establishes, how the professionals involved may interpret it, what could threaten your position, what may be coming next, and how the choices you make today connect to the custody outcome you’re working toward.

That’s the strategic thinking I bring to this work—and what I’m going to begin teaching you inside From Reactive to Strategic.

Frequently Asked Questions

I ALREADY HAVE A LAWYER. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?

Yes.

In fact, this bootcamp is designed for protective mothers who already have an attorney.

Your lawyer has an important role in your custody case.

But representation and strategy are not the same thing.

This bootcamp helps you change the way you think about the preparation happening on your side—your evidence, your case narrative, what could be coming, and what deserves your attention.

WHAT IF I ALREADY DOCUMENT EVERYTHING?

Good. I’m not asking you to go collect another 500 screenshots.

We’re going to start looking differently at what you already have by asking questions like: What does this establish? What concern does it support? Is there a pattern? Can I substantiate it?

The goal isn’t more evidence. It’s a clearer understanding of what your evidence is doing.

What if I’ve already been in my custody case for years?

You don’t need to be at the beginning.

In fact, years of history can make it even harder to step back and see the case as a whole because you know so much about what has happened.

We’ll start with where your case is today.

What if I can’t attend every training live?

Replays will be available through Wednesday, September 23, so you’ll have time to catch up and complete your work.

Am I going to build my entire custody strategy in five days?

No—and I don’t want to pretend you can.

You’re building your first Custody Strategy Map.

You’ll leave with a clearer view of what you’re trying to establish, what supports it, what threatens it, what you need to anticipate, and where to focus next.

You’re building the map—not the entire infrastructure.

STOP REACTING TO THE CASE ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME

You cannot control every email he sends

Every allegation he makes

Every move he tries

Or every development that comes next

But you can change the way you look at what’s happening
